If you are entirely a fresher, don't select a tough destination for the first time. After that, you can increase the level of your hardness. Its good to done a medical check up before your trip. Because most of the people suffering from cold, pressure problems while traveling to hill stations. Decide and estimate a clear idea about the budget and carry extra cash from your estimation. Don't carry too much of clothes and accessories. Bring quality clothes because its difficult to wash or alter the cloth while trekking. Also fill your backpack with some first aid kits.

  • Running shoes
  • Down jacket
  • A sweater
  • Cotton shirts
  • Woolen trousers
  • Underwear as you may wash them on the tour
  • Sun hat
  • Woolen hat
  • Woolen gloves
  • Cotton socks
  • Woolen socks
  • Personal first-aid kit including medication for common illnesses. Antiseptic cream, surgical tape, band-aids,
  • Sun cream, and medicines.
  • Toilet kit that includes an extra towel, toilet paper, and soap

Consider your Limitations

If you are not confidence about long distances, then choose the distance as per your comfort zone. There may be some healthy issues for the first time so be aware about your physical strength. Keeping your limitations in consideration before going on a trekking trip.
